Just as trees shed their leafs in the fall to give way for new growth, we must shed our skin to constantly renew and transcend. We must constantly fall in order to rise again, hurt to feel happiness again; a state of flow that allows us to begin anew. The only constant in this life is how unpredictable it is, how we may be here today but gone tomorrow, how we may never be in this place again.
Allow yourself to feel that flow, allow yourself to be molded by the universe. We are not standing rocks, and the current is feels stronger the longer we try to oppose it. Understand and appreciate your humanity, allowing yourself the kindness and gentleness that you deserve.
Just as the seasons change to keep balance, we must do the same. We must connect with our mere mortality in order to understand how meaningful it can be for everything to be meaningless. Let river flow the way it wants to, as it is intended to. Let yourself be human, because it is all you can do. Let yourself feel as much as you need to, without suppressing what your body is calling for. Let yourself be as vast and complex as the universe is, it is in your nature.
The grounded part of life, used to communicate and obtain nutrients. Used to inform and dissect surroundings. Roots can come from various places, people, feelings. The depths of them depending on how firmly you plant your two feet and how much you constantly feed them, how you allow them to grow.
My roots have come from family, experiences, people who have given me the grace of being both a student and a teacher. They keep on growing through faith, through finding and presenting light in different spaces, through my own boundaries and self-respect.
Where do your roots come from? and how have you allowed them to grow and deepen your bond with everything that surrounds you? Wether it be through God, the people and spaces around you, or simply through your own disposition, find that ground and keep to it. Allow these branches to connect you to earth and to your community. Create and sustain a way to grow these experiences, these networks of life that help you stand on your own two feet while accepting support from the roots of those around you.
In the simplest sense of the word, ascension means to rise to a higher level. This shouldn’t put you in a competition with anybody else, instead it should push you to a state of introspection. Whatever it is that you’re feeling, there is no better place to start the change than within yourself. When you look inward, what are some aspects that are hindering you from achieving a different state of mind? Is it pride? or maybe judgement? Does your inner child feel neglected? do you feel neglected?
Watch the way in which you speak to yourself. Be kinder to your matter, give it the grace it deserves. Just plainly surviving in this plane takes courage, and patience. Pay attention to what you react to, we all fall victim to the negativity we face, just make sure you don’t stay stuck in it.
I am proud of the work that you’re doing, and the work you will continue to do. You have a friend in me. Even if far away, I hope the energy reaches you. Love yourself everyday, that is what matters.
A breathing technique based on an ancient yogic technique called pranayama. Enhances relaxation and gives your body an adequate oxygen boost. Good for relieving anxiety, breathing irregularities, trouble sleeping, etc.
1. Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds: thinking of all the beautiful things you are thankful for and manifesting.
2. Hold breath for 7 seconds.
3. Exhale through your mouth for 8 seconds with a big “whoosh” sound: thinking of all the energy you wish to be released.
Nikola Tesla once said: “if you only knew the magnificence of 3,6, and 9, then you would have a key to the universe.”
Throughout my own research, i’ve concluded this has some fascinating implications to the universal code we crave to analyze.
To start, the circle has a long-standing history of being identified as the symbol of totality, wholeness, eternity, and original perfection. In other words “In many customs and spiritual beliefs, a circle represents the Divine life-force or Spirit that keeps our reality in motion” (crystalclearintuition.com). Because of this, we can find many codes in the numbers used to represent it (a view of the universal code as God intended for it’s discovery and vibration).
When a circle’s composition is reduced to it’s digital roots, the results are 3 + 6 + 0 = 9 (for a circle has 360 degrees). Splitting a circle in half will give way to a digital root of 9 ( 1 + 8 + 0). if you keep splitting these numbers in half (180 —> 90 —> 45 etc), you will always come up with a digital root of 9.

In terms of the number 3: The rule of three is a writing principle that suggests that a trio of events or characters is more humorous, satisfying, or effective than other numbers. … The Latin phrase “omne trium perfectum” (everything that comes in threes is perfect, or, every set of three is complete) conveys the same idea as the rule of three. The number 3 serves as the only number that equals the sum of all preceding numbers (0 + 1 + 2 = 3). Also, when 3 is added to itself, the smallest perfect number ensues (6). And when 3 is squared, the result is the number that completes the single-digit numbers in the decimal system, better known as the number 9.
There are a grand 3 elements present in the universe (dark energy, dark matter, and normal matter). Life on earth started 3.5 billion years ago. Freud’s personality theory (1923) saw the psyche structured into three parts (i.e., tripartite), the id, ego and superego, all developing at different stages in our lives.
3 patriarchs in the bible: Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. According to the 3 synoptic Gospels, the 3 Wise Men bearing 3 gifts came to witness the birth of Jesus of Nazareth. The word “God” has 3 letters. Mind, body, and soul (3) . Father, son, and Holy spirit (3). The Middle East is the cradle of the 3 Abrahamic religions: Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Big three in greek philosophy: Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle. In the Far East, here lie the 3 teachings of Chinese philosophy: Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism.
In terms of Manifestation: these numbers can be used to do so more efficiently. Write down 3 affirmations, review each of them 6 times a day for 9 seconds and there you have it!
Many times we stay stuck with our own ideals, unwilling to let go of what “comfort” means to us as individuals. Comfort can be a beautiful state, full of the constant reminders that bring us satisfaction. However, comfort can also prevent the evolution that we are intended to have in this lifetime, because it doesn’t challenge our perspectives in a constructive way.
The search for a new and better perspective is a state that I believe I’ll never get out of. Many of the wonderful things that I have experienced have come from putting myself in uncomfortable situations, prompting a higher state of consciousness that I never expected. In order to fulfill our intended destinies, we may often have to make difficult decisions. These decisions may take you out of your comfort zone, making you feel like you’re not ready for the next step in your path. I know the feeling, and it can be all consuming when you’ve never stepped into the unknown.
Instead of trying to find comfort, I would love for you to seek safety. Safety to be your truest self in every sense of the word. Understand that you won’t always be right, but appreciate that a challenge to your ideals can be a way to solidify what you know, or redirect you into a new and better light. Safety within yourself will allow you to put yourself first, respecting and honoring the boundaries that are primordial to you. Safety within your environment will allow you to trust others and value community in ways that you haven’t before.
The world is a vast place; full of endless stories and people to experience. Therefore, step out of your comfort zone and prioritize stepping into safety instead.
Take care of yourself. I know it gets tough, and the path can be more than troublesome, but never forget how powerful your soul is. A new waking day is a new opportunity to love more, experience more, be kind to yourself, and make a difference. Never forgetting the lessons from yesterday, but incorporating them into your present.
Build relationships that feel good for the soul. Trust more often, smile more often, give yourself grace more often. Speak positivity into your environment and watch it repay. Have faith in yourself, you can get it done. This is your universe, make it beautiful.
To feel is a connection to enlightenment. If you feel pain, it also means you can feel relief. If you feel dissatisfaction, it also means you can feel accomplishment. This power may sometimes feel like a burden, as you catch yourself caring about everything very deeply, even when you don’t want to.
The point is to not stay stuck in these temporary feelings, because there is also power in just being. There is power in being mindful, and controlling these emotions as they come. Not suppressing them, but not letting them control you. With happiness there may come sadness, but both should be balanced by you.
In both moments of light and darkness, I write. Write down the positive, as well as the negative. The negative reminds you that nothing comes easy, the positive reminds you that there is always a brighter side. Write down your accomplishments, as well as aspects of yourself you want to improve. Words are powerful, they are a way to connect the dots between where you are and where you need to be.
I pray you don’t get caught up in the noise, because it can become all-consuming. You deserve to live, to stumble in order to learn lessons, and to fly in order to apply them. You deserve to give yourself everything that life has in store. It starts and ends with you, and enlightenment is just a corner away.
How do I stop myself from hating everything that society has created? When my brothers and sisters have to fight from birth just to get to a safe space? Most times I detest the human experience, because it comes with the feeling that I am not doing enough for myself or others. That weighs heavy on my soul, even when I pretend that it doesn’t.
Truth is, meditation has only gotten me so far. It hasn’t stopped the endless waves of hate for the oppressor, whoever or whatever that is; and it hasn’t stopped the sadness that comes from seeing what humans go through just to survive. It hasn’t stopped the nights of despair after seeing all the lost souls as a product of their environment, just for the cycle to continue.
When does it end? when does simply talking about the anger and sadness get old and tiring? For me, the light at the end of the tunnel will come when I create my own. I pray for true freedom, not just for myself, but for everyone that hasn’t even had a chance to dream of it.
I pray that we find waves of community and support under a collective love that shields us from harm and destruction. Masking the hurt hasn’t worked, because it still brews and grows everyday. Lying about happiness doesn’t work, when the design is meant to subconsciously trigger our deepest and most harmful memories at every corner.
I pray that we can use each other, to support and share eternal energy. That we can understand our differences and bask in the beauty of them. That we can communicate our deepest fears without judgments, simply to realize we are all damaged and broken. That is not to deter us from growing, or to keep us in that broken state, but to finally acknowledge it and break free from it.
You can manifest anything you want. By this I don’t mean that you’ll think of something and it’ll magically appear, I mean that you can set intentions on a daily and change your behavior surrounding these intentions. Once you work towards that, you realize everything you call to yourself is yours if you let it be.
Writing and verbalization: writing down your intentions and speaking them into the universe in a positive way. In this same sentence, speaking love into yourself, as you also have to believe you are worthy of these blessings.
Visualization: how does your ideal day look like? how does your ideal life look like? visualize the position you want to be in as if it’s already yours.
Walk and talk as if this reality is already yours: “I am” is powerful. Let go of “hope” and “if”, these are not concrete measures and more of wishful thinkings instead of present realities. The point is to make your current realm whatever you want it to be, because you can.
Be kind to yourself and others. Treat others how you wish to be treated is the major principle, and it is a daily mantra that will change how you interact with your surroundings. Give your love and support without any expectations, they are beautiful vibrations that will change your life just by experiencing them.
Give back to nature: it provides you with everything that you need, from the grounding on your feet to the very air you breathe. Communicate with nature and listen: you will find that collectivism with everything around you will yield positivity in every aspect of your life.
